Product Operations & Strategy Manager
The Product Strategy & Operations Manager serves as the operational right-hand to the Chief Product Officer, driving focus, alignment, and execution across the group.one’s global product organisation.

Your Responsibilities
The Product Strategy & Operations Manager serves as the operational right-hand to the Chief Product Officer, driving focus, alignment, and execution across group.one’s global product organisation. This role ensures that the CPO’s vision and priorities translate into measurable outcomes by orchestrating execution, enabling scale, and fostering clarity at every level of the product portfolio. Acting as both a strategist and operator, this role will bring structure and rigour to how we set priorities, govern execution, and deliver impact across brands, platforms, and regions.
As an operational partner to the CPO and product leadership team, you will:
Act as a leadership multiplier, strengthening cross-functional alignment and ensuring the product organisation is equipped to deliver with speed, quality and impact.
Serve as the CPO's strategic operating partner, enabling focus on the most critical initiatives through structured planning, proactive risk management and streamlined decision-making.
Operationalise product strategy by connecting long-term vision to near-term execution plans, ensuring leadership alignment on priorities and trade-offs.
Continuously optimise ways of working, driving efficiency and enabling teams to spend more energy on customer-focused innovation.
Defining key success metrics, monitoring the progress and synthesising insights that inform executive decision-making.
Creating frameworks and guidelines that enable consistent execution at scale across diverse product lines and geographies.
Creating reports (quarterly business reviews, portfolio governance and executive dashboards), to ensure clarity, accountability and speed.
Orchestrate enterprise-scale programs and transformations, from acquisitions and integrations to global rollouts, ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones achieved.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in program or product operations management with a proven record of leading complex, large projects across multiple teams.
Deep expertise in building and scaling frameworks for quarterly planning, portfolio tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
Demonstrated success driving organisational change, including acquisitions, integrations and global rollouts.
Strong ability to identify, track and mitigate risks and dependencies in fast-moving environments.
Proven success in cross functional team work and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing-Teams.
Strong skills in structured communication, to create clarity for the leadership team and navigate cross-functional alignments.
Experience ensuring operational readiness for major product launches, with playbooks and repeatable models.
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding teams toward delivery.
