The building:
The office is placed in Glasvasen, which is an architecturally beautiful building. Glasvasen is environmentally smart and built from sustainable materials. The level of technological innovation is high, and energy consumption is low. The facade consists of 3,500 square meters of glass that is environmentally classified. On the roof, there is 1,770 square meters of green space where 42 species of herbs and sedum create a small oasis of biological diversity in central Malmö. In 2018, Glasvasen was a finalist in Gröna Lansen, Malmö city’s award that rewards environmentally sustainable construction.
