As Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and shipping these intelligent features.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Defining product vision, strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO trends, and competitive analysis.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch (and sometimes sunsetting), with a strong focus on data-driven decisions.
- Partnering with engineering, design, marketing and support teams to drive product-led growth (PLG), boost adoption, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Leading cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborating with growth teams to ensure product-market fit and measurable outcomes.
- Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions.
- Implementing product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
- Leading customer onboarding and experience improvements during our SaaS transition.
- Keeping abreast of changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem.
- Creating clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business goals.
🎯 Ideal Background
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with WordPress or SEO-related products.
- Strong background in PLG strategies (self-service onboarding, free-to-paid conversion)
- Proven track record of managing technical products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and user needs in the WordPress community.
- Experience working on SaaS products, especially within the WordPress or marketing tools space.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Deep empathy for customer needs and a focus on real-world outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus.
