We are looking for a Risk & Continuity Specialist to help strengthen our risk management and business continuity management execution.

In this role, you will develop and maintain our processes within Business Continuity Management and Risk Management. Our security efforts are tightly coupled to our business, so your contribution has a direct impact.

The role ensures that business continuity plans and risk registers are kept up to date, documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.

You will participate in risk assessments, testing, and exercises, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are followed. The role offers both operational and analytical tasks, with plenty of opportunities for learning and development.

You will become part of an international security department with highly skilled employees with lots of possibilities to learn and develop your skills.

Your Mission

As a Risk & Continuity Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining BCM and risk management processes. You’ll ensure that continuity plans and risk registers are up-to-date, documented, and communicated. You’ll participate in risk assessments, test and exercise continuity plans, and drive improvements where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and coordinate business continuity plans and recovery documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and onboard functions to our risk framework.
• Coordinate and document BCM testing and exercises.
• Follow up on actions and ensure proper documentation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and follow up on activities. External communication will only occur if delegated by the Head of Risk & BCM.

Requirements: 

• A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, risk management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business or IT processes.
• Experience in project coordination, process mapping, or similar is a plus.
• Preferable 1-2 years of experience in a structured business environment, B2B or in international organisations.
