Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll connect product and marketing, craft messaging, drive launches, and enable sales. Using market insights, you’ll shape strategy, boost adoption, and fuel growth.
As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will be the strategic link between product management and the broader marketing team, ensuring the successful launch and ongoing promotion for your designated portfolio area.
Our priority customers include small and medium businesses, reseller partners and professional customers for high-end hosting. We help them succeed online with a product offering encompassing website hosting and domains, website building and web performance SaaS applications, and our WordPress ecosystem SaaS products. Well-known product brands include WPRocket, Rankmath, Imagify and Termly. You will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis to drive product adoption and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of our target customers, industry trends, and the ability to translate technical product features into compelling marketing narratives.
Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop clear, differentiated messaging for the portfolio, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Collaborate with product management to convert technical features into customer benefits for priority segments. -
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Launches
Define and execute GTM strategies for product launches, working cross-functionally with teams. Enable internal teams with sales tools, product narratives, and training materials. -
Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. Create competitive frameworks, battle cards, and insights to inform roadmap decisions. -
Sales Enablement & Customer Education
Create sales collateral and training materials, and support product knowledge for sales and customer success teams. Maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs. -
Content & Campaign Collaboration
Collaborate with content teams to develop thought leadership and product-driven content. Support campaigns with product messaging and ensure high-quality creative assets. -
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Measure launch performance, adoption, and customer feedback. Use marketing data and A/B tests to refine messaging and improve conversions. -
Main Interfaces (Key Stakeholders)
Work closely with product management on product vision and roadmap. Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and support to drive conversions, retention, and feedback. -
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Track product adoption, marketing-sourced revenue, sales enablement effectiveness, customer engagement, and competitive performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS, or fast moving SME/consumer technology sector.
- Strong understanding of website building, hosting, and digital marketing ecosystems or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new fields.
- Experience launching and positioning B2B and/or B2C SaaS products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics and customer insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools for analytics (Google Analytics, Semrush, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI etc.) as well as automation (Hubspot) and CRM.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, and digital marketing strategies.
- Background in content marketing, growth marketing, or brand marketing.
- Knowledge of web development, UX/UI principles, or CMS platforms.
The position could be located either in Amsterdam, Vantaa, Dortmund or Malmoe
