group.one is looking for a UX Designer to join our team in Copenhagen

group.one is a leading European provider of online presence, cloud hosting, and digital marketing services, trusted by over 2 million customers for their online success. As a UX Designer at group.one, you’ll play a key role in researching, shaping the design and contributing to the product strategy of one of our customer facing products. You’ll join a team of 25+ designers passionate about design and continuous growth. In this role, you will report to the UX Team Lead and collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive, impactful designs.

Requirements

Lead design projects
Drive the design process for key projects, ensuring user-focused, cohesive solutions from idea to implementation.

UX proficiency
Utilize research to improve the user experience and develop impactful designs. Formulate research hypotheses, conduct user interviews, and create wireframes and prototypes in Figma to effectively present ideas to stakeholders.

Research mindset
Create your research plan, conduct user research, extract insights, and deliver solutions that are aligned with user needs and business goals. Handle ambiguity by asking the right questions to the right people and proactively seeking clarity when needed.

Team collaboration
Collaborate with users, experts, and teammates to test, validate, and refine solutions. Manage stakeholders to align designs and strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.

About you

Proven design expertise
You have a strong background as a UX Designer, demonstrated through a portfolio of solutions to real-world problems. You’re experienced in user research, workshops, co-ideation, and have what it takes to create appealing solutions for 2+ million users across Europe.

Effective communicator
You explain your designs confidently to others. Your fluency in English ensures seamless communication of complex concepts.

Creative and collaborative
You balance user needs and business goals with creative, effective solutions. You thrive on innovation, teamwork, and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Compensation & benefits

This role offers a gross monthly salary of 35.000-41.000 DKK, based on experience and qualifications.

The standard workweek is 37.5 hours. Final compensation will be determined based on skills and professional experience.
