As a Product Designer at group.one, you will have an important role in shaping the design direction and contributing to the strategic evolution of one of our products. Working alongside a dynamic and talented team of 25+ designers, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and continuous professional growth. In this exciting position, you will work closely with the UI Team Lead, designers, product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling designs that leave a lasting impact. You'll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of design while working on innovative projects in a fast-paced, supportive team culture.  Your role will be to ensure that every pixel, interaction, and design decision aligns with the overall vision, strategy, and user needs.

Requirements

️Lead UI Design Projects

Take charge of the visual design process for key projects, delivering user-centered, aesthetically pleasing solutions from concept to implementation. Maintain consistency with brand identity and design systems. 

 UI Design Expertise

Transform user needs into intuitive and visually engaging designs. Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma. Ensure pixel-perfect design execution across all platforms.

Attention to Detail

Ensure every design element enhances usability while aligning with the overall visual strategy. Manage typography, color palettes, and layout to create cohesive and impactful user interfaces.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to align designs with technical feasibility and business objectives. Engage in design critiques and iterate based on feedback to achieve optimal results.

About You

 Proven Design Expertise

You have a strong background as a UI Designer, showcased through a portfolio that highlights real-world design solutions. You have experience designing for diverse audiences, with a proven impact on large-scale applications or platforms serving millions of users.

Effective Communicator

You articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and team members. You’re fluent in English and can communicate complex visual ideas with ease.

Creative and Collaborative

Salary

The salary banding for this position is 32,000-40,000 DKK gross salary pr month. Working hours are 37.5 hours/week. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications and professional experience.
