We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and ambitious project manager to be part of managing the integrations of acquired companies. By steering crossfunctional initiatives you will have a central role to drive value and success within the whole group. PMI is a central function directly connected to the CEO and the interface in all project and integration phases for all share- and stakeholders.
In the last few years group.one has been acquiring more than 40 companies while also focusing on organic growth of the group through product enhancements, platform capabilities, and new features. All with a dedicated emphasis on supporting our customers in building the best possible online presence.
What you'll be working on
You'll play a key role early in the deal phase, participating in due diligence efforts. You'll collaborate with management, business, and tech teams to develop integration plans and work on building business plans and synergy cases for integrations. You will lead large-scale integration projects and oversee their progress while preparing status reports for shareholders and management. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of group-wide post-merger integration (PMI) processes and tools.

- are comfortable with working remotely and locally, both individually and in small and large groups
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with project management or working for a consultancy company
- Ability to argue, objectively
- You can translate needs and objectives into scenario-based solutions/solution proposals
- Structured and not afraid to prove it, level-headed and can keep the overview
- You seek an understanding of technical and business limitations and opportunities
- You care about the details but do not get lost in them
